Ministry of Interior: Vietnamese citizens allowed to enter the Kingdom without prior approval

It has been decided to allow Vietnamese citizens to enter the Kingdom without prior approval, effective immediately. This complements previous decisions issued allowing citizens of various countries to do so.

According to this decision, Vietnamese citizens are permitted to enter the Kingdom without prior approval from the Ministry of Interior. They can obtain entry visas from the e-Visa website or at border crossings upon arrival.

This decision aims to encourage tourism by facilitating entry procedures for Vietnamese tourists to the Kingdom. It also aims to continue providing facilities that strengthen the national economy by attracting the largest possible number of Vietnamese investors and businessmen and encouraging them to invest in the Kingdom, especially given that Vietnam is experiencing thriving economic growth.
